Sunday Rest and Re-Charge

Not everyone in the house needed today to rest and re-charge batteries, but me and the Mom did!!! And she made sure I had the space and time to loll with my toys on the big bed.

And time to nap in my little bed, hanging my head over the edge.

[On the up side, the Reufus has NO desire to rest in my little beds... but on the down side, he has no desire to rest.]

It was also a beautiful day outside. And I enjoyed shnoofing the cool airs and hanging out until I began enjoying the outdoor buffet just a little too much, and the Mom started squawking!

And of course, there was the baby... the boy... the Reufus... whose batteries are newer, fresher and re-charge much quicker than the rest of us!

In some respects,  Reuf's interest and curiosity in everything I do and sniff is understandable, because... let's face it, I'm cool!

But sometimes I think he is just a little Obby... you know, Nock-Shus.

Today was almost another perfect day. Had Mister Dyson not made a one hour appearance / performance, it would have been! I do not like dirt and filth and dog hair... but I do not like Mister Dyson more! I think.
Just sayin.
With love from

Hey Bleu,
Sounds like a mostly relaxing day for you and the Mom. We all need that from time to time.
We think RJW is really doing well considering the change in his life. We know he is getting all kinds of love from the Mom and good advice from you.
We have a Mr. Dyson also, he makes an appearance most every day. I Hamish have no fear, matter of fact I let him come right up to my nose and I don't even blink and will only move when I am told to MOVE !!!!!.
Now Ms. Sophie on the other paw, wants nothing to do with Mr Dyson.
She gives him a very wide berth and would just as soon not be in the same room as him.
On another note Mom & Dad said they found the perfect T-shirt for me to wear it's on the Big Dogs website http://www.bigdogs.com/Category/Tees_New_Tees
On the back it says " I'm A Humper Not A Biter !" BOL.....

Hi there The Bleu! It looks like a beautiful day there! All we ever see is rain here and lots of it. We bet Reufus has lots of energy and wants to play all of the time! It all sounds good! Lots of love, Holly & Mom

That Mr. Dyson seems to be making way too many visits here too, Bleu. Something to do with sibes blowing coats - whatever - he really is a noisy guy.

Ciara always has lots of energy too, but eventually even she does get tired. Mr. Reufus probably needs to take a very long walk:)

Mr. Scout is sending his immense sympathy to you and your momma 'bout havin' a young whipper snapper in the house. Even though Freyja is growing into a woman (7 years this summer), she surely have me an' the momma a run fur our money fur a couple of years. She still gets what momma calls the 'heebie jeebies' an' runs all over the house wif a toy in her mouth every evenin' after suppers is all eatin'. However, wif dat said, momma is sendin' big an' huge kisses to you an' the same to the Reufus.
